I’ve been on a skincare kick for a while now. As I get older, taking care of my skin has taken serious priorties in my life. Today, I want to share with you some amazing women I admire who has graciously agreed to share some of their skincare tips and Holy Grail Products and things they wish they would’ve done much sooner in their skincare/beauty regiment. I hope you enjoy this post and give these ladies a follow.

Monroe: I’ve been following Monroe for a very long time now. She’s an amazing writer, and I could binge her blog for hours to be honest. I have actually, and you will too. If you havent read it, do yourself a favor and check it out.  I asked her what her skin care tip is and she says : “Exfoliation is key! I wish I would have started sooner. I exfoliate my face and neck as well as my body. The 5 must-do places include Face, Neck, Armpits, Pubic Area and Feet.”

Some of her favorite products, she says “I am obsessed with The Body Shop Tea Tree 3-in-1 Mask/Exfoliator and Cleanser. It’s amazing and has worked wonders on my evening my skin tone.”

Dana is the founder of Cocotique– I’ve been a fan of Cocotique for about 4 years now. It’s a beauty box subscription service, where you can try the best beauty products on the market for a steal.

Biggest Skin Care Tip?  ” The best skin tip I can share is that your skin is more of a reflection of what you put inside your body, than what you put on your skin topically.  You have to feed your skin from within with healthy nutrients to have glowing, radiant skin. I started a super healthy regimen when I was in my early 30’s which has paid off.  Although I eat a primarily organic, pescatarian, plant-based diet, I have a crazy sweet tooth.  From a young age, I’ve always loved my desserts, and have been known to overdo it when comes to sweets.  Now I know that sugar is very inflammatory.  It causes your insulin levels to spike, which causes inflammation. When this occurs, enzymes are produced that break down collagen and elastin, which causes wrinkles and sagging skin.”

What’s your Holy Grail Product? “As much as I love my beauty products, it’s not an actual product.  I can’t live without my Essentia Alkaline Water, 6-8 hours sleep, 3-4 days of exercise, and an organic, mostly plant-based diet. For me, these are my 4 necessities for looking and feeling beautiful.”

Charlotte– My sister-blogger-friend. We met 5 years ago in NYC at blog conference, and I’m so glad to know her. She’s super supportive, Christ centered and a blessing to know.

Charlotte says her advice to her younger self would be laying off of pop, candy and increasing her water intake.

Skin Care Holy Grail? Her skincare holy grail is a speed facial brush from Amazon, and her Truskin vitamin C Serum to help with reduction of hyperpiguentaion.

Marché I’ve been following Marche for about two years now. She has impeccable style, and her skin is always glowing. No, like for real.

Marche says her skincare advice to her younger self would be to “start taking care of your skin earlier. You want to prevent wrinkles and discoloration instead of treat them.”

As far as her skin care holy grail? She swears by Caudal Vinoperfect Serum.

I’ve been following Claudia for less than a year now. She’s a local Minneapolis blogger and she’s super sweet.

When asked what skin care advise she’d give her younger self she said “To listen to my mother about not picking my breakouts to avoid scars and discoloration”

Holy Grail Product? Claudia says “I love the cure Aragom stem cell + chlorella line, especially the scrubs and masks!

Well, there you have it? What tips would you add to the list? Leave them in the comment section below and share your skincare holy grail products.
