Last Fall, my high school bestie got married, and I wore this beautiful dress from David’s Bridal as part of her bridal party. I’ve been a bridesmaid in quite a few weddings (6 total) four within the past year. Usually, the dresses are something I never wear again. But this gorgeous number was just too pretty to sit in the back of my closet.
Long flowy dresses are my thing in the summer. I love the sweetheart jeweled neckline which doesn’t require a necklace. I kept my jewelry to a minimum and opted for a nude belt to add some shape to the dress.
Do you guys ever wear your bridesmaid dresses after weddings or are you like me where they sit in your closet for years?

I LOVE that you re wore this dress and you made it just perfect for summer! I have only been in a wedding once and I accidentally shrunk the dress in the dryer (whoops… dry clean only MY BAD!) But this gives me inspiration for how to rewear a dress I’m wearing in a July wedding!
