Prelude to the weekend: High Bun

This high bun look is one of my favorite go to hairstyles. I like to think of it as effortless and chic, I especially love how it frames my face. Except it hits the ceiling of my car, every single time.
On to my outfit.  When I saw Kelley’s V-day look, I loved it so much that when my cousin gifted me this cute peplum top  from Target ( I need to shop at Target more) as a grad present, the blue skinny pants were begging to be worn. . Although we’ve been having somewhat of a nicer temp lately, I finished this look with my sequins blazer from Stephanie’s.  I Love the sequins detailing in the front and love that the back is plain which makes it much more appropriate for a day time look.  What do you guys think of sequins as a day time look?
Cheers to the weekend! Thank you so much for reading..

I love everything about this look… very effortlessly chic! I also like wearing my hair in a bun, especially when I have braids.

Think week’s weather will be really nice, not too cold or hot! 🙂

Great peplum top – I need to make a trip to target 😉 I especially love it paired with the cobalt skinnies!!

You look great, I like the color combination in your outfit and the edginess the black jacket gives your outfit!

The sequined blazer looks so good. And oh, those lovely pointees.
