Guess who’s baccck?? I returned from the Dominican Republic this morning and hit the stores for some last minute Christmas shopping and picked up a birthday gift for my Dad while I was at it ( I got him Calvin Klein ‘CK One’ gift set). The lovely Kelley over at Keep Sitting Pretty was sweet enough to write a guest post while I was away which didn’t get posted until now. Don’t know about you gals, but I could use all the help I could get in picking out gifts for the men nearest and dearest to me this Holiday season. Oh, and be sure to stop by and say hi to Kelley!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Coincidentally, it can also the most dreaded time of
year when it comes to shopping for that perfect gift! We all want to get that special guy in our
life a memorable and useful gift, but lets face it we get stuck in a rut trying to decide exactly
what to get. Believe me, I know! I have a father, brother, and boyfriend to get Christmas gifts
for. When I spoke with Jewel about doing a guest post, we thought a gift guide for the guys in
our lives would be the perfect post! So let’s get to business. This year instead of 5 golden rings,
we’re talking 5 types of guys and a gift that would be perfect for each type.
1. The Dapper Guy: This guy cares about his image and all the special little things that make
him stand out! What better way to stand out than to smell good? I choose Polo Double Black as
a gift option for this guy because it smells manly and heavenly! It’s truly the gift that keeps on
giving. Don’t feel like you have to stick with cologne with this guy, as a travel bag, cuff links, or
a topcoat will do the trick as well!
2. The Trainer: This guy is all about his health! He loves to work out and take care of his body.
If you’re looking for this guy, you’ll always be able to find him in the gym. The Nike FuelBand
is the perfect gift for him. A GNC gift card, a mp3 arm band, or running /cross training shoes are
some other options that will bring a smile to this guy’s face!
3. The Business Man: This guy is always on the go and all about business. In order to keep up
with business, one thing he won’t be able to do without is his phone! That’s why this back up
battery for the iPhone is the perfect gift for him! If you don’t want to go with a phone battery, get
him an Otterbox or take it up a notch with a beautiful briefcase.
4. The Entertainer: This guy is driven by the beat! He loves music, movies, and video games! He

the perfect gift for him. iTunes gift cards, iPod Docks, and gaming consoles will also work for
this guy.
5. The Intellectual Guy: This guy loves to learn! He’s uber intelligent and very sophisticated.
Help him bring his library into this new era with a Kindle Fire! I love the Kindle because you
can take your books anywhere without the hassle! No worries, if you’re not a Kindle lover you
can opt for the Nook! Traditional books or an iPad would also be perfect for this type of guy!

If I did have a man nearest and dearest to my heart(besides my dad), I think I would get him a cologne set. It’s always good when your man smells heavenly…haha 🙂
