This past weekend was equal parts blog work, and spending time with friends, with a bit of self care alone time. I spent half the day Saturday with my friend from college who’s moving to Maryland next weekend. We watched Metro Manilla on Netflix and normally I wouldn’t choose it, and it turned out to be too good. Really captivating, like it leaves you wondering what’s going to happen in the next scene. I’d totally recommend it. We also watched Shutter, and that I didn’t like as much as Metro Manilla, but I can’t complain about watching Joshua Jackson for two hours.
I shot this look with my tripod last week, and I’m surprised by how NOT terrible these photos turned out. (pardon my bad english) With the first of August here already, I’m trying to wear all the Summery tops and clothing I can before fall hits.
