Here’s what you’ll need:
Ground Black Pepper
Seasoning of your choice (I use chicken bouillon)
Red Pepper Flakes (I’m a spice lover)
Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Onions
Smoked Salmon ( I used smoked white fish as substitute, salmon is better)
Shrimp
Soy Sauce
2 Cups of rice
3 Eggs (scrambled)
Now follow the steps below:
First, Scramble the eggs and put aside.
Season Shrimp to your liking| add a bit of water, cook shrimp and Veggies| bring to a simmer| Add Smoked  Fish
Add scrambled eggs| add cooked rice| add soy sauce, start slow as to not drench the rice| stir together and Enjoy!

The first time I tried this fried rice was almost two years ago. It was probably the most delicious home made fried rice I’d ever had, that wasn’t “African Fried Rice”, and it was just as good every time I had it. After watching and helping make many times; I’m glad I remembered to write down the cooking directions/recipe because it’s become one of my favorite meals to make, besides Alfredo of course. So today, I’m sharing this recipe I borrowed from a friend who got it from his friend. Hey, sharing is caring right?

Enjoy,
Jewel

Yum! I love seeing what people make at home (and thanks for the tips!) I love using sesame oil to saute also.

Have a great weekend Jewel xo
