Off Shoulder Tassel Tops= All the rave this summer! I like a good off shoulder top, but I love a good off shoulder tassel top even better. They’re fun, feminine and totally up my alley. The fact that this top is under 15 bucks makes me love it all the more. Summer is almost coming to an end, and although Fall is my favorite season ever, I plan on wearing ALL my cute summer clothes before it cools down. This summer has been one for the books, though! Between NYC, Italy, New Orleans, and attending festivities at Essence Fest for the first time, it’s been pretty great thus far. What’s been your favorite part of summer?
