Happy Monday, guys! We had amazing weather on Saturday! Not 30 degrees amazing, 60 degrees amazing! Then it snowed on Sunday. LOL I’ll take what I can though! This photo was taken the weekend before when the weather was nice enough to do without a coat, let’s just say leggings were very much needed.

This past week, I had a conversation with some friends about being vulnerable. Everytime I think about vulnerability, I think of the quote from Brene Brown that says “vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity, and change” If we know this to be true, at least I do, then why is being vulnerable still SO hard? I think we associate being vulnerable with being weak and open for others to take advantage of our feelings, and maybe use what we disclose against us. Personally, I’ve found being vulnerable to not be as easy as it is to talk about, I however think that deciding who earns the right to your vulnerability makes a bit of a difference. Because honestly, not everyone has earned the right to hear your story. You get to decide when and what you share.

Blue and stripes? Love it! I totally agree the quote on vulnerability. We ought to allow ourselves to be and feel that. It’s one of the hardest things but it’s quite freeing at the end of the day.
